50 Cent just suffered a major loss in court to his baby mama and they have another court date May the 5th and if 50 Cent loses on that date 50 Cent’s baby mama could ruin his entire career. Chenica Tomkins 50 Cent’s first baby mama could win the rights back to her life and expose 50 Cent to a level none of us have ever seen before. starting back May the 30th, 2008 when Sheniqua alleges that 50 Cent tried to burn down their house with her and his son Maris inside of it.
And Sheniqua says when she releases these details, corporate America and every single one of 50 Cent’s business partners will be forced to leave him. Cheniqua also claims that once the public finds out the real reason why 50 Cent abandoned his son, it will be over for him. We got the details of the court proceedings, the details of the home, and the details of what is going on with Maris. Sit back, relax. I’m going to tell you everything that you need to know. Then I’ll hand it off to you, the outlawers, to let me know what you think in the comment section below. I want to kick things off with letting you guys know what the court case is about and then I’ll let you know what Sheniqua just won. This court case you’ll see beside me here. The underlying dispute dates back to 2007 agreement in which Chenica Tomkins allegedly irrevocably and exclusively sold the rights to her life story. Under the terms of the deal, she reportedly agreed that she would not publicly disclose, exploit, or otherwise commercialize any aspects of her life story or related rights.
Now, why did 50 Cent do that? 50 Cent did that not because he wants the rights to her life. He wants to be able to have her not be able to speak about parts of her life that includes him. So, you know right from the jump if somebody is paying you for that, they know a lot of stuff about you that you want to keep quiet. And this is the 100% sure way to get nobody to speak. Of course, we’ve heard of NDAs. This is an NDA times a thousand. Okay. Now, let me explain to you what’s going on in court. JUnit Books claims Tomkins was paid $80,000 for the rights in 2007 along with the promise of potential royalties. Thompson disputed that figure, stating she only received $35,000 and argued that the publisher did not fulfill its obligations under the agreement. $85 or $35,000 is ridiculous when you’re talking about a multi-millionaire superstar like 50 Cent. But I digress. Now, pay attention. Here is how Sheniqua is trying to get out of this. Sheniqua has also alleged that she signed the contract under pressure after 50 Cents late manager Chris Lady. RP to Chris Lighty. I used to intern for Chris Lady and Jane Cruz. That’s how I interview uh that’s how I interned for Gunit Records. Shout out to Chris. Uh so Chris Lady showed up to her hotel room in Las Vegas with a man she believed to be a bodyguard. During this encounter, Mr. lady told me that I would suffer severe consequences if I did not sign the agreement. Tomkins filings claims fearing for my life and for my children’s life, I signed the agreement under extreme distress. In the United States of America and I would assume probably any parts of the world, any contract that is signed under duress, force or any other implications of such manner is null and void. We just seen this happen with Gucci man and Pushisti where Pushi allegedly came into the studio and forced Gucci to sign a contract. Well, that’s null and void. So Sheniqua’s claims is that Chris Lighty came in and forced her to sign this contract. So she wants to get out of it.
Now why are they in court is the bigger issue. Sheniqua Tom Shenikica Tomkins 50 Cent’s baby mother from the past 2 years has been talking about 50 Cent. You can go to her Instagram and see that she’s talking or like a story time like people do on Tik Tok. and 50 Cent sued her for $1 million for breach of contract. Now, Sheniqua is trying to get out of this 100% completely by blaming this on Chris Lady. Like I just told you, Chris Lady is not here. So, the judge is obviously going to ask for some sort of proof. Is there text messages? Is there phone calls? Is there surveillance footage? Etc. This happened back in 2007. So, where is this? But maybe she recorded it. Who knows? Now we that that is a very very hard thing to prove. I just gave you the example of Gucci Man, but there were cameras and just happened two months ago. So we’ll see if she wins that part. If she wins that part, it is over for 50 cent. If she has any sort of proof, text messages, phone calls, any sort of harassment or or whatever, it is completely null and void. Now, let me tell you the first win that Sheniqua had is that 50 Cent and his lawyers filed this lawsuit July 2025.
They have been trying to serve her. Sheniqua completely ignored all letters and all service. If I’m not mistaken, they sent the paperwork to three different addresses. They were just in court last week and 50 and his team are alleging that she’s playing games trying to avoid being served. And she said, “Hey, I have no idea. I don’t live at any of these addresses anymore. And the only reason why I know about this is that a reporter came and spoke to me about it. I had no clue. And as a result of not being served, I need more time to prepare for this case. Get her emails, text messages, or whatever.” the judge awarded her that victory and now that’s when the next court case is going to come about May the 5th. Now 50 Cent and his team have appealed that ruling and what 50 Cent and his team want is they want an automatic win and for her to have to pay him a million dollars and the appeal is still ongoing. So right now 50 has no win. The fact that the judge agreed with Sheniqua saying, “Hey, I was not at those addresses and I need more time.”
It’s like saying you’re watching the Super Bowl and you know, one team is up by two or three touchdowns. The fact that a judge has already sided with you is a great start. That’s why this is so big. a a a a judge siding with somebody at the beginning of a trial before the trial starts. I’m not saying that it’s favoritism, but I’m saying that he’s leaning more towards one side or not. Doesn’t mean that your team will win the Super Bowl just because they’re up at the first quarter or at the half, but she has a huge advantage. And another thing to point out is that 50 Cent has some of the best lawyers in the world. If anybody is following 50 Cent’s uh career, he’s always told you that he has a ton of lawyers on retainer. So, the fact that Sheniqua, who we know doesn’t have money, 50 Cent hasn’t been paying her for all of these years of child support, etc., we’ll get into that in a second, but the fact that she was able to get a win on her budget lawyers compared to 50 Cent’s huge lawyers and the fact that 50 Cent is trying to appeal and as of now I’m recording it, he hasn’t won that appeal. That’s another huge sign. We’ll follow up on May the 5th. But if she has an email, a text message, anything on that day where 50 Cent was calling her three or four times, any sort of harassment or whatever and 50 loes this case and she wins the she has cart blanch to say whatever she wants about 50. And like I just told you, why would 50 Cent pay her for her life rights if she didn’t have stuff on him that could ruin him? And you do know that 50 Cent is public enemy number one in the industry right now because after the Diddy dock, that’s why the Jim Jones argument and bite and whatever in TI or whatever, it’s like, yo, 50 Cents is snitching. Not saying that, you know, you shouldn’t like anyone’s on Diddy’s side, but it was like, hey, you’re always here exposing people, doing this, Netflix, whatever, blah blah blah. And a lot of people have kind of turned on 50 Cent. He lost that battle against Ti and his sons. So, there are people behind the scenes that are pushing, and when I say people, I mean TI, Jim Jones, and of course, Diddy, right? We all know that Diddy and 50 are arch nemesis and we know what 50 Cent just did to Diddy with the Diddy dock. So, I know Diddy has his own stuff to worry about, but he’s sitting down in jail right now. And you don’t think that he has maybe something to do with this or maybe paying for Sheniqua’s lawyers or helping or whatever? I I I’ll leave that up to you to decide. I don’t have to tell you. I’m sure you could be between the lines. But if Cheniqua wins and she could spill the beans on 50 Cent, from what she says that she has on him, everything could change. Now, let me go on to talking to you guys about the house that that she alleged that 50 Cent burnt down while while she and her son were inside it. And then I’m going to tell you some more details about 50 Cent’s son. This is a post from Shenika’s Instagram and she has this pinned on to her profile and you’ll see she posted this May the 30th 2017 and under underneath it she writes on this day I will always be thankful that God saved us. I will never forget I will always give praise and justice will be served. Okay. Now I’m going to give you guys um some details. Now, this happened May the 30th, 2008. This was a massive fire in Dicks Hill, New Jersey. This the people who were in the home at the time were Sheniqua, 50 Cent Son, Maris, and six other people were at in the house at that time and had to be rescued and treated for smoke um inhalation. The home was owned by 50 Cent. A lot of people think that, oh, he bought her this home or she got this out of the the baby um child support or whatever. No. 50 Cent owned this home. He bought it in 2007 for $2.4 million. Sheniqua was living there with their son, but her name was not on the deed. Okay. Now, Sheni claims that 50 Cent had promised her the house years earlier. She believed that she was obvious that she was supposed to own it or at least share it with him. And 50 Cent has been had been trying at the time to evict her from the property after they allegedly broke up. Now, get rich trying came out in 2003. 50 Cent and Her weren’t together, but maybe they were kind of trying to have things kind of amicable. This is probably when things went completely left and he was like, “Yo, get out the house.” If you guys remember, 50 is famous for taking himself to court. He was like, “Look, I’m going to pay this. You could live here or whatever.” When she started when they started having an argument back and forth, 50 was like, “Okay, cool. I’m going to take myself to court.” And I think he ended up paying like I don’t know 20 or $30,000 a month less. So, this is around uh those times. Okay. Now, there was an arson investigation and it came up as suspicious and the investigation said that it was a possible arson. Okay. Um there was never any proof linked back to 50 Cent. He was never arrested. He was never formally charged. Um and if anything that was official, he was officially cleared by investigators. So there was an investigation. 50 Cent was cleared. That I think we should make that a point. Sheniqua publicly accused 50 Cent of being involved. Okay, so those are the details um behind what’s going on here. Now, like I told you, according to Sheniqua, she has details that can point to 50 Cent doing this. Now maybe the in at that time she was afraid of maybe she had that book deal that she just signed a year ago. So maybe she didn’t feel comfortable but like a lot of people in the industry that were maybe afraid of 50 Cent back in the day you see more and more people feeling more comfortable to speak about him. He’s known in the industry as the boogeyman and you know you see him losing a couple of battles most famously to Rick Ross or whatever. So I think now Shenika is like yo this is my time. You know she’s probably getting a little older. she see things have hasn’t gotten any better, etc., and now she’s willing to spill the beans. And y’all know how corporate America works. If she has any sort of proof, if she has any sort of details that can convince the public, then it will be very bad for 50 Cent. Let me give an example with Diddy. Yeah, Diddy is in jail right now for transportation, a prostitution, right? and he beat Rico and he beat um uh trafficking under force fraud and coercion, but we all know publicly he’s condemned for what he did to Cassie. People will look at the court case and be like, “Oh, you know, he was partying. He was having fun, but still mad at him for what he did to Cassie.” Now, let’s go back to 50 Cent. If Sheni can come out and talk and give details and give proof that like, yo, he really did this. Here’s proof. How will the public react to 50 Cent doing this while she was in there, his son, and six other people is 2026. People have their own platforms and their own opinions. This is not back in the day where MTV, BET, where 50 Cent can control the narrative. Now, 50 Cent does have, you know, some people in the industry. You’ll see that this story is not really on all the blogs. 50 Cent is very, very good at that. But if she can come out on TikTok and on Instagram and say and show proof, I feel like it could be very, very bad for 50 Cent. Now, let’s go on and talk about Maris. This is a post from Maris 50 Cent’s first son on his Instagram where he posted October the 20th, 2022. And there’s a long caption. I’m not going to read the whole thing. I’m just going to read the first sentence. Now you all see I tried to reach out to talk to my pops as a man in front of the world and behind the scenes. I have no phone number for you. You’ve had me blocked on social media for years so I can’t DM you, etc., etc. And it just keeps going on. Now, we do know that 50 C doesn’t speak to his son. 50 Cent has not hidden that. He’s actually even kind of put that in uh his TV show Power. Um, and he’s never really hidden from the fact. Now, why it has gone over I don’t want to say well by but why some people kind of accepted it is a 50 Cent’s been transparent with it and b he has let us know that he tried his best when he was younger. He couldn’t work things out with his mom. You see obviously what we just tal spoke about with the house, but 50 Cent has always been adamant in saying that Sheniko has raised him to feel entitled where there were stories where he would try to buy him stuff and say, “Oh, you’re only buying me five pairs of Jordans. I need 10. You’re 50 cent. You’re this.” And he has said that he wanted to try to race him with values while the mother just wanted money and tried to spoil him. We could y’all could talk about that amongst yourselves. Now, as Maris turned 18, 50 has always made it seem to us that Maris was in the wrong and he’s never been able to work things out with his son. And it’s true what Maris says where he has no phone number and he’s blocked him, etc. Now, most of the time, you’ll see people in the comment section whenever this comes up kind of letting it slide. Not saying that it’s a good thing, but they kind of just let it slide. And I think because 50 Cent has just been transparent. But we also know now because of this case that Sheniqua can’t say anything about 50 Cent and the reason why him and Maris don’t speak. Maris has said some things. Maris has done some shady things. Why part well like partnering up with some of 50 Cent’s enemies, taking pictures with them. He’s done stuff with Floyd Mayweather. um couple of 50s um crew from his street days. Maris is taking pictures and hang hanging out with them. I kind of chalk that up of like, man, he’s 18, 19. Yes, he’s old enough, but that’s still he’s still immature and he’s trying to get your attention. Is it the right way? No. But if Sheniqua wins this case May the 5th and she comes out with some text messages or some emails or some sort of proof or some sort of recordings of things that 50 did before he was 18, 19, 20 and he was a teenager.
That is when I think the conversation will be able to change where people kind of give him a pass and they’ll be like Maris has done some suspect things. If you find out some things that he did at 10, 11, 12 or 13, I think the whole narrative with 50 Cent and Maris will change. Throughout 50 Cent’s 20 year, 25 year career, he has not taken very many L’s, whether it be with online beef or whether it be in court. And we do know the one time that he actually lost to Rick Ross’s baby mama and had to pay her I think9 or$10 million for releasing that tape. He filed for bankruptcy. I’m saying he evaded that payment and I also think he lost with his headphones and he had those two court cases. He filed for bankruptcy protection and we all know that 50 Cent is still doing well. So 50 Cent has always been able to evade losses even when he do when he does lose because although he technically kind of lost to Rick Rossish, he’s come out kind of like unscathed and still been known as the boogeyman. And even now with TI and his son, etc. This could change everything. We have seen some cracks in the ceiling with TI his son. We have we have seen the conversation shift when it comes to 50 Cent.
We have seen how the industry has shifted a little bit with the Diddy do now with Sheniqua having this first win in court with potential Diddy his team his money even potential maybe TI TI got money backing helping her we could get the goods on 50 Cent and find out the inner workings of what transpired between the house Maris and their relationship and I think it could be bad or 50 cent.
