Deacon Jumps Out the Window Before Sheila Sees Him With Taylor

Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, Deacon scrambles to cover his behind – literally – and makes a frantic call to Hope. At the cliff house, Deacon is making love to Taylor as Sheila makes her way up the stairs to the bedroom, knife in hand, thinking she’s going to “save” the moaning Taylor.

Half-naked in the shrubbery outside, Deacon looks up at Taylor’s window in a panic and rambles, “Oh God, please be OK, Taylor.”

Back in the bedroom, Sheila assures Taylor she’s not going to kill her. Doc tells her to drop the knife. Sheila asks if someone was there. “Did he take advantage of you?” As Taylor stares at her, bug-eyed, Sheila demands, “Where is he, Taylor?!”sheila puts things together

Taylor shouts at Sheila that she needs to get out of her house. “What are you even doing here?!” Sheila tells her to calm down; she may be in shock. She heard noises and moaning. She thought Taylor was being attacked. The doctor repeats that she’s fine and reminds her she’s not allowed there. “So, leave!”

Suddenly, Sheila notices the candles, a phone, and the open door to the terrace. Groaning, she jumps to the conclusion that… Taylor was enjoying a little “me time.” She marvels at her lighting candles, putting on music, and opening the door for a nice breeze. Taylor’s speechless but decides to run with it. “You’re right. That’s what I was doing.”

Donning her robe, Taylor lectures Sheila for coming into her bedroom with a knife. She hides Deacon’s clothing under the bed, and ushers Sheila down the stairs and toward the door. “It’s time for you to leave.” Sheila veers into the kitchen and explains she brought flowers. They debate about her coming there. Sheila notices the pizza box from Il Giardino as Taylor demands she needs to leave. Sheila says, “Yeah, I do,” and walks out.

At Brooke’s place, Hope entertains Deke. The twosome discuss – what else? – but their father sharing a secret night with Taylor behind his wife’s back. It’s really what he needs. They go over Deacon’s love for Taylor being undeniable. They deserve this night together.

Hope calls Liam to bring home takeout, compliments Deke’s designs, and hopes Katie will give him a call. Inevitably, the conversation goes back to Deacon… they hope he’s having the time of his life. If they only knew!

Arriving home shirtless, Deacon makes a panicked call to Hope, reminding her if Sheila, or anyone, asks, they had dinner together tonight. “You’ve got to cover for me!” Hope gets worried. Deacon can’t get into it and hastily disconnects. Next, he contemplates calling Taylor, but decides against it. He hopes Sheila didn’t see him.

Meanwhile, Sheila arrives back at the restaurant and asks the waiter if he’s seen Deacon. He hasn’t. Tidying up, she pauses, looking concerned.shiela with knife in taylor room

Back at the cliff house, Taylor calls Deacon, who picks up after leaving the shower. She tells him Sheila didn’t see him. Relieved, he gasps, “Thank God you’re OK.”

Taylor tells Deacon that Sheila came over to bring her flowers, heard noises and thought she was being assaulted… she had a knife! Deacon wishes he’d stayed to protect her, but she assures him he had to get out. Taylor admits this was a lot… she thought she was going to kill her. Deacon asks if she’s sure Sheila’s not onto them. Taylor says if she was, they wouldn’t be talking. They express their love, disconnect, and separately sit in horrified silence.taylor tells sheila go

In her bedroom, Taylor grabs Deacon’s shirt and curls up in the bed with it, concerned about when Sheila comes home to Deacon.

At Il Giardino, Sheila thanks the wait staff, blows out the candles, and heads to the apartment. Closing the door, she notices Deacon asleep on the sofa and stands behind it, watching him. Touching his hip, she whispers that he’s home. He opens one eye, but then pretends to snore. Sheila’s expression gives irked… and suspicious.
